 Full payment is due apon arrival. We accept money orders, bank
checks, travelers checks and cash. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks for
the rental fee. |
| All rental rates are subject to 12.5% Florida sales and
resort taxes. |
| A one-time cleaning fee of $80 will be charged at
departure. |
| A security deposit in the amount of $200 is paid upon
reservation of the unit. The deposit may be made with a personal check. The deposit will
be refunded in full (minus any additional cleanup or damage) 30 days after your departure date.
This deposit is placed in a non-interest-bearing account. |
| A refund of your deposit less $50 Administration Fee is made when
a written cancellation notice is received at least 60 days prior to the rental.

| When a cancellation notice is received less than 60 days prior to
the rental start date, there is no refund of your deposit. Exception: If we are able to
re-rent for the same rental date and amount, your deposit less $50 will be returned. |
| All weekly rentals are from Saturday 2 PM check-in to Saturday 10 AM
check-out. |
| All monthly rentals are from the first day of the month 2 PM
check-in to last day of the month 10 AM check-out. |
