No smoking or pets are allowed.
A $200 security deposit is required to obtain a reservation.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after checkout.
Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason,
our policy is: greater than 30 days (weekly) or 60 days (monthly) notice - 90% refund;
less than 30 days (weekly) or 60 days (monthly) notice - no refund.

You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation by return
mail after your deposit is received.
We reserve the right to refuse rental as well as to cancel rental accomodations
should unforseen events occur. Any deposit received will be promptly returned.

until your reservation form and deposit check arrives.
